Casing
- Casing, supports and frame are made of corrosion.
- Resistant galvanized steel to tailor the product for industrial enviroments.
Fan-Motors
- High efficiency, low power consumption AC/EC motors are suitable for multiple voltage and frequency power supply, protection class IP 54 according to DIN 40050.
- Integrated thermo contacts provide reliable protection against thermal overload.
- Dual fan row, 4 – 18 fans, Ø 900 mm with different noise levels.

- Alupaint fins: Al-Mg alloy coated fins with a special paint treatment to give strong protection and esistance to corrosion.

Design pressure
- Design pressure 30 bar.
- Each heat exchanger is leak tested with dry air and finally supplied with a nitrogen pre-charge.
Coil
- Copper tubing with optimized circuit design.
- High efficient fins-tube pattern boost the heat transfer performance.
- Fitted with aluminium turbo-fins.
- Fin spacing 2.1 mm.
- The unique coil construction provides protection against vibration and thermal expansion, thanks to the patented SafeTube System.

- The LU-VE quality system is in accordance with ISO 9001. All products are manufactured according to PED regulations. LU-VE participates in the ECP program for HE. Check ongoing validity of certificate:
