Casing

  • Frame construction provides high rigidity for protection against vibration and thermal expansion
  • Casing and framework are made of high quality galvanized steel C4-H, painted RAL 9003 (white) to tailor the product for industrial environments.
  • Separated fan sections

Fan-Motors

  • High efficiency EC fan motors and different noise levels
  • Motors with external rotor, protection class IP54 according to DIN 40050
  • Power supply 400/50/3. Motors with external rotor, protection class IP54 according to DIN 40050
  • Integrated thermo contacts provide reliable protection against thermal overload

Design pressure

  • 130 bar
  • Each heat exchanger is leak tested with dry air and finally supplied with a nitrogen pre-charge

Finned Coil

  • The coil design is based on small diameter tubes and provides excellent heat transfer at minimal refrigerant charge
  • Fitted with aluminium turbo fins as default and R-fin Technology as optional. Available fin spacings 1.8 and 2.1 mm.
  • Circuiting design is fully optimized to the thermodynamic properties of CO₂

Packing

  • All units are shipped in a crate in vertical position as standard.
  • Horizontal transport position as optional.

Certifications

  • The LUVE quality system is in accordance with ISO 9001. All products are manufactured according to PED regulations. LUVE participates in the ECP program for HE.
