In 2023, LUVE embarked on a groundbreaking collaboration with a leading company specializing in the design and construction of wind parks.
Our mission? To revolutionize the cooling systems of offshore platforms used for wind farm maintenance.
We provided 15 state-of-the-art coolers for the air conditioning systems of offshore platform facilities, crucial for ensuring optimal working conditions in the challenging offshore environment. These specialized coolers, feature stainless steel motorized fans and structure, copper-copper coils, and certified anti-corrosion treatments were custom-designed to withstand the harsh conditions of the open sea.
These 15 coolers are destined for deployment across 6 distinct platforms in the United States: 3 off the coast of Massachusetts and 3 off the coast of Virginia. They will play an important role in supporting the first-ever large-scale commercial wind farm project in America.
