European Energy’s Kassø e-methanol facility, the world’s first large-scale e-methanol production site, has successfully produced its first pure e-methanol with a purity level of over 99.985%, exceeding industry standards. The milestone follows the initial production of raw e-methanol and green hydrogen earlier in 2025. This marks a major milestone in the journey toward decarbonizing industries that are difficult to electrify, such as shipping and plastics manufacturing.
As part of this innovative project, LUVE Group supplied 12 large V-shape units for the Solar Park Kassø in Denmark. These high-performance solutions play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and reliable operations within the facility, contributing to the production of sustainable e-methanol—a key alternative to fossil fuels.
