Uboldo (VA). On the 9th of July, LU-VE Group was listed on AIM, the Alternative Capital Market of the Italian Stock Exchange. In the months before, a “MOC Plan” (Make One Company) had been activated in order to strengthen organizational structure. Part of this initiative was the definition of three business units: Air-cooled Products, OEM Products, and Close Control Air Conditioning.

This development programme has led to the appointment of Michele Ampezzan as Sales Director of the OEM Products business unit. He will have responsibility for products manufactured in the factories of SEST (Limana, Italy), SEST-LUVE Polska (Gliwice, Poland), SEST-LUVE Russia (Lipetsk, Russia), SEST-LUVE China (Changshu), HTS (Novosedly, Czech Republic) and TGD (Travacò Siccomario, Italy). The OEM Products business unit constructs and sells static evaporators for: refrigerated counters and cabinets; heat exchangers for a variety of applications (air conditioning and refrigeration for static and mobile applications); and glass doors and closing systems for professional, industrial and domestic refrigeration equipment.

Ampezzan, who is 41 years old, has gained solid sales experience in leading companies in the electronic components and eyewear sectors. He has been with LU-VE Group since 2009, making a crucial contribution to the growth of SEST where he has been managing both sales and marketing. He also took on responsibility for TGD products in 2014 and successively, in 2015, for HTS products too. The OEM Products business unit reports to the Group Commercial Director.

Matteo Liberali, CEO of LU-VE Group, said “This is a very positive time for us and it will lead on to further significant growth. The first step was the listing on the Stock Market: this is the result of our hard work in recent years but it represents above all an acceleration of our development plans. The appointment of Michele Ampezzan to this new role is part of the global reorganization of LU-VE Group, conceived and implemented to achieve our new national and international strategic objectives.”

Michele Ampezzan said “Thanks to the new set up and sales synergies, we’ve now got the opportunity to develop even greater expertise, to enlarge and diversify our markets, and – in the end – to consolidate our leadership position. The interexchange of best practices among the companies of the Group is a great chance for all of us to grow professionally. I am happy with the results we have already achieved. Now I am proud of my role as Director of this new business unit, committed to making further improvements.”
