  • Dual discharge industrial air cooler with axial fans blowing through the coils.
  • Cooling capacity (SC2): from 3 kW up to 110 kW , air volumes 4,000 to 50,000 m3/h.
  • High-efficiency small-diameter copper tubes with internal helical grooving for CO₂ and HFC, smooth for brine. Stainless steel tubes for ammonia.
  • Multiple fin spacing options (4 up to 12 mm).
  • EC or AC fan motors from 450, 500 or 630 mm diameter, 1 to 5 fans per unit.
  • Corrosion-resistant galvanized steel casing, epoxy-coated RAL 9003.
  • Design pressure: 33 bar for HFC, 30 bar for ammonia and up to 60 bar for CO₂.

Casing

  • Corrosion resistant materials: coil frame and casing pre-galvanized sheet steel, epoxy coated RAL 9003. All fixing materials stainless steel.
  • Hinged side panels.
  • Hinged driptray, vertical drains ø1½” BSP ext.
  • Fitted with schräder valve on the suction connection for testing purposes (brine units excluded).
  • Sufficient room for fitting the expansion valve inside.
  • Suitable for dry expansion or pumped system.
  • Stickers indicate fan direction and refrigerant in/out.
  • Delivery in mounting position. Coolers are mounted on wooden beams. Installation can take place with use of a forklift.

Fan-Motors

  • 1 to 5 AC or EC fans, ø 450, 500 & 630mm, blowing through the coil.
  • Power supply AC/EC fan motors 400/50-60/3 or EC 230/50-60/1.
  • Fan motors with dynamically and statically balanced external rotors, protection grade IP54 or IP55.
  • Integrated thermo contacts (Clickson) provide reliable protection against thermal overload.
