LUVE awarded: Best Sustainability Report in the integrated reporting category

The recognition granted by University of Pavia and LSEG Italy highlights the integration of sustainability into the Group’s corporate strategy.

Uboldo (Varese), February 16th 2026 – LU-VE S.p.A., the Varese-based multinational listed on Euronext STAR Milan and among the world’s leading operators in the air heat exchanger sector, announces that it has been awarded first prize in the “Integrated Reporting” category at the seventh edition of the Sustainability Report Award, promoted by the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Pavia together with LSEG Italy.

The recognition, presented during the ceremony held at LSEG’s headquarters in Milan, rewards Italian companies that stand out for transparency, completeness and their ability to integrate sustainability principles into corporate reporting and strategic processes.

In particular, LUVE was recognized for its ability to integrate ESG topics into its industrial and development strategy, confirming an approach that views sustainability as a competitive lever and a key driver of long-term value creation.

Established in 2019, the Sustainability Report Award represents one of Italy’s leading initiatives dedicated to promoting best practices in non-financial reporting, in a regulatory and competitive environment increasingly focused on the measurability and transparency of ESG performance.
